ONGOING CARE MANAGEMENT Situations can change without notice, and you want your parents’ needs to be met immediately. Ongoing monthly monitoring allows care management to continue, uninterrupted. We have the knowledge and the ability to step in immediately to provide effective intervention at the moment. Fees can be a combination of monthly set fees for on-call services, and hourly rates for as-needed visits. |
